He puts forward three goals he would like to work for in the next years: recruitment of volunteers, of executive staff, of members. He aims for a trade union in which the common feeling is that of togetherness: ‘we, trade union members of Qlix’. According to him, one of the arguments to become member of Qlix is that workers can be sure that their trade union knows the company they work in. He defines his trade union as being big enough to have real influence and being small enough to be very approachable.
