The current internal and external challenges seem to tear the member states of the European Union apart. Strategies to fight the IS as well as asylum policies and Brexit preparations reinforce the perception of a divided Europe. The four Visegrád countries Poland, Slovakia, the Czech Republic and Hungary have strengthened their collaboration in the last years.
