So far, 2007 has been a successful year for EUROFEDOP, the XIth Congress in April being the highlight. The coming weeks you will probably notice that a few things have changed. First of all, we refreshed and modernised our website www.eurofedop.org! Here you can find agenda’s, articles, reports, pictures and much more. On the website you will see that we created a new logo. It still covers our European characteristics and at the same time indicates that we work in a dynamic and innovative way. Chapeau to our graphic designers! The logo will come back in future brochures and other promo material.
We are currently working on several projects ranging from a ‘lack of nursing staff in big cities’ to ‘security in Europe’ and of course the follow up to our congress decisions. A major project is the seminar in Malta (25-27 October) which we organise with the great help of Joseph Vella and his colleagues from UHM. For most projects we very much depend on the effort and the contribution of you, our members. I would therefore like to encourage you to continue the way you have been working so far this year; we are always in need of your expertise!
Dear colleagues, I wish you all the best in your organisation for this second half of the year. I look forward to seeing you at one of the upcoming meetings.
Best wishes from Brussels,
Bert Van Caelenberg
